Aca Nexia is proud to share the news of obtaining a Michelin star for Le Champ des Lunes, the gourmet restaurant of Domaine de Fontenille, located in the heart of the Lubéron in Lauris.
Aca Nexia teams accompany the development of this charming hotel complex, including a luxury hotel, two restaurants (gastronomic and bistronomic), a vineyard and an art center, bringing its expertise in financial matters, Accounting, tax and social matters.
Jérôme Faure, chef of the restaurant, had already obtained a score of 17/20 and 4 toques at the Gault & Millau in 2016, this award is thus crowning “a kitchen of equilibrist, which likes to leave the paths already traced, to mix the flavors and jostling the taste buds”(Michelin Guide).
