The THEMIS and FLEURY firms led by Bernard Hommel and based in Argenteuil (95) joined Aca Nexia in September 2015.
THEMIS and Fleury are two entities that make up a group of 20 people, the first specialized in accountancy and consultancy, the second in auditing, mainly to SMEs located in Ile de France. Bernard Hommel becomes a partner of Aca Nexia and takes operational direction of the Argenteuil office. For Aca Nexia, this project is part of its growth strategy and allows it to significantly increase its presence in the northwest of the region Ile de France. Bernard Hommel and teams participate in the consolidation of Aca Nexia as a key player in the SME market in Paris. Bernard Hommel has been working in accountancy and auditing for over 30 years. After an experience in auditing in a Parisian firm, he joined THEMIS as a partner in 1987. In 2010, he took control of FLEURY which holds 90 mandates Commissioner auditors. Bernard Hommel specializes in negotiation assistance and services to companies in difficulties, particularly in the context of collective procedures. He is a member of the departmental committee of taxes Val d’Oise for many years. The new entity will have a total of nearly 140 employees, including 14 partners, present in 3 offices in Paris, Montesson and Argenteuil.
