Aca Nexia announces the launch of an ESG offer for its TS department Aca Nexia announces the creation of an ESG department in partnership with Groupe Y Nexia, a member firm of Nexia France, which has a similar practice.
The offer can take place during the due diligence or be integrated into the accompaniment of a participation.
It is divided into two parts: an initial approach that is a synthetic diagnosis of the company’s position in ESG terms, completed by a proposal for a coordinated plan of actions to be implemented, enabling the company to initiate a concrete active approach and realistic.
The management of this activity is entrusted to Sandrine Gimat, Aca Nexia partner.
