Aca Nexia teams performed the financial due diligence of Euromip, a distributor of customized electronic components and subassemblies, as it was taken over by a manager, along with Pléiade Investissement.
Euromip, based in the Paris region, is a distributor of customized electronic components and sub-assemblies, particularly for the aeronautics, space and defense industry. It works on high specification applications such as protection, electromagnetic compatibility, high voltage, power, high temperature, radio frequency … Its turnover is € 8.5 million in 2017.
So far largely held by its CEO François de Bernardy and its financial advisor Moïc Toulemonde, Euromip has been sold to a manager outside the group. For this acquisition, the new President, Jean-Philippe Louis is accompanied by Pléiade Investissement.
F. de Bernardy and M. Toulemonde reinvest as minorities in the operation.
Its new leader aims to become a reference player in its market by developing the company both through organic growth and acquisitions in France or Europe.
