Aca Nexia realized the Due Diligence of Easy Shower, on the occasion of the entry to its capital of Turenne Santé.
Easy Shower, founded by Régis Rocton, is a manufacturer of sanitary facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities and employs 60 people in the Center-Val de Loire region and has installed more than 15,000 showers and bathtubs since its creation in 2003. With a 15 million turnover, Easy Shower aims to accelerate the deployment in France but also in Europe and Africa. It is in this perspective that the SME opens a minority share of its capital to Turenne Santé.
