IDIA Capital Investissement accompanies the management-shareholders of Whiskies du Monde, a company specializing in the distribution of premium spirits in France and Europe, in a development capital operation, following an introduction by an entity of the Crédit Agricole Group.
This operation reaffirms the family character of this company, which is still majority owned by Florence and Arnaud Pontoizeau.
Based in Merignac, the company Whiskies du Monde is a family business created in 1999 by Mr. Alain Pontoizeau, and taken over by his two children Florence and Arnaud. Distributing premium spirits from around the world, the company identifies promising brands and ensures their development in France and Europe.
