Aca Nexia has carried out the financial due diligence of Wood in the context of a majority stake acquisition led by Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund, on the occasion of a first OBO transaction. Founded in 1994, the company specialises in the production and B2B distribution of safety equipment for swimming pools. It employs 33 people and has achieve a turnover of almost €12 million by 2021.
Based in two production sites, in Paris and Bordeaux, Wood designs, manufactures and distributes immersed and above-ground roller shutters, liners, reinforced PVC membranes, tarpaulins with bars and mobile terraces. With more than 1,500 references and a growth rate of 44% per year, the Ile-de-France-based company intends to accelerate its development abroad, particularly on the German market.
