ACA Nexia performs the financial due diligence for Platnia Equity solutions at the occasion of the acquisition of L'Ermitage
Founded in 1941 by Anne Marie Thommeret, L’Ermitage is a private institution offering an international environment and elitist education, particularly in the context of the mostly English-speaking non-contract program (International Baccalaureate) developed over the past ten years and which counts today 200 of the 1,500 students in the school. The project supported by Platina is part of the continuity of this development, particularly by pursuing real estate and human investments to offer high quality international education in an environment that allows a complete development of students.
