Aca Nexia performed the financial due diligence for investors who have subscribed for a new fundraising from Air Indemnité
Air Indemnité has just raised 4 million euros. The investors involved in this tour de table are A Plus Finance, SIGMA GESTION, Bpifrance. Since 2015, the startup has raised 5.2 million euros in total. In 2018, this French compensation specialist answered more than 150,000 requests for assistance.
Also deployed in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom, Air Indemnité has a leading position on the French market, and faces various competitors in Europe, such as Germany’s Refund.me and FlightRight, or still the Dutch euclaim. Its network of lawyers also allows it to take legal action, if necessary. As a reminder, Air Indemnité, which currently wages forty people, is paid with a commission of 30% on the amounts received by passengers. Last year, the SME had a turnover of more than € 3 million. It aims for 2019 the € 5 million revenue
