The Aca Nexia teams assisted Quilvest in acquiring a stake in GEDH.
Founded in 1961 at the creation of EFAP, GEDH is a pioneer of training in the fields of communication, art trade, cultural mediation and journalism.The group has 3000 students and can rely on a network of more than 20,000 alumni.
GEDH is present throughout the territory, via its campuses in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille and even across the Atlantic, in New York, generating around € 20m in turnover.
Quilvest takes a majority stake in GEDH, the first one in the education sector. The group’s ambition is to grow in France and abroad, notably by setting up new training courses and opening other campuses. Amin Khiari, an experienced professional in the sector, is appointed Chairman of the Management Board.
