The Transaction Services Aca Nexia teams have had the pleasure of accompanying LFPI in its majority shareholding in the Eductive Group.
Educative is a family group of higher education with 17 institutions in France, welcoming more than 7000 students. The company, based in Montrouge, has a turnover of 35 million euros, and has more than 500 employees. Initiated on the occasion of the merger of several schools, Educative recomposes its capital and welcomes LFPI as majority shareholder, accompanied by Bpifrance, BNP Paribas, and management, led by Rodolphe Léon, CEO. Eductive is now exploring external growth opportunities to develop and become a key player in higher education.
