Aca Nexia achieve Financial Due Diligence in connection with the acquisition of Partners Theai by Julhiet Sterwen.
Julhiet Sterwen, a French consulting group, acquires Theai Partners, through a MBO with CM-CIC Capital Finance and BNP Paribas Développement. Theai Partners, founded in 2006, specializes in the optimization of the financial reporting chain, regulatory and management. With some 20 consultants, it generates a turnover of € 3.3 million euros. Through this new external growth operation, Julhiet Sterwen intends to strengthen its position as a major player in consulting, in France and abroad. Last year, the turnover of € 43 million was achieved at 15% outside our borders. The group, which counts 330 people, hopes to reach € 100 million turnover in 5 years.
