Aca Nexia realises financial due diligence
Lucky Cart finalised a € 3.6 million capital increase with Partech, Edenred Capital Partners, Pléiade Venture, Fa Dièse and Calao Finance.
Founded in 2011, Lucky Cart has developed a SaaS platform based on artificial intelligence that allows manufacturers and distributors to optimize the performance of their promotional investments, by customizing promotions. An approach that appeals to mass market players faced with a stricter framework of promotional practices, with the law “Food” entered into force on October 30, 2018.
