Epoka strengthens its Event & Experience division by integrating Allegria. Aca Nexia performed the financial due diligence.
“Epoka strengthens its Event & Experience division by integrating Allegria. Pursuing its growth strategy, Epoka is joining the Allegria event communication and business tourism agency at the end of 2019 (3M € annual turnover). In 2019, Epoka will support nearly 300 customers for a turnover of business of 50 million euros and 200 employees.
